Our group of agents at Shea Homes are a loyal, dedicated group of people who love their jobs and community. Each of them have a passion for real estate and the Charlotte area, and an in-depth knowledge of Shea communities and homes. It is for this reason that we started Shea Realty, to allow our agents do what they do best, but this time representing you, the current homeowner!

Terry Wicker
Terry has worked as a Real Estate agent since 2000, when he joined Cottingham-Chalk in Charlotte. In 2003 he joined the Shea team, selling in MacAulay, Fountaingrove, and The Palisades, with sales totalling over $76 million! Terry has a passion for golf and tennis; he played professional tennis from 1972 until 1985, and taught pro-tennis in Atlanta.

Meredyth Holdenrid
Meredyth started her passion for selling homes in 2003.  She has worked in communities all over Charlotte including Hollister, Lawson, Berwwick, Old Stone Crossing, Briarcrest, Shiloh Trace, Morrison Plantation, and Riviera.  Meredyth is a Charlotte native who attended UNC Charlotte and graduated with a BA in PR/Communications and a minor in Journalism.  Her hobbies include reading and anything outdoors but her most favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and son.
